Jury Verdict for Violation of the Idaho Consumer Protection Act - 2007
Revisiting a significant victory for our client in Ada County where a jury awarded more than $225,000 in damages a 2007 in a case involving breach of contract, failure to provide construction disclosures, violation of the Notice and Opportunity to Repair Act, and violation of the Idaho Consumer Protection Act.
The Court also awarded attorney fees of more than $64,000 as well as costs. The final amended judgment was for more than $290,000, much more than any offer made by defendants at any time.
