See why the insurance lobby is betting on you not hiring an attorney.

It is well established that insurance companies like money.  We all do.  However this becomes a problem when those insurance companies are tasked with fully compensating the injured.

Low balling is a common tactic used by insurance companies to keep from fully paying claims.

Another common tactic insurance companies use is refusing to fully value a claim until a lawyer is involved on behalf of the claimant.

One final important detail, the reputation of the claimant's lawyer makes a big difference in how an insurance company values a claim.

Make your own decision if it is worth hiring an attorney, but you should consider that any reputable law firm will handle a physical injury matter on a contingency.  Don't pay anything to an injury lawyer up front.
